inmoIQ is the platform. VERA is the agent. Skills are what VERA can do. Voice and chat are both VERA — same agent, different modalities.
Thesis
Skills are how we price. The agent is how we sell.
Real estate has been buying software in modules for twenty years — CRM, ERP, marketing suite, portal connector. Each module solves a problem, none speaks to the next. We invert it. One platform, one agent, many skills. The agent books what they need, and VERA composes the answer across the skills.
Principles
Three guiding rules — measure us against them.
Substance over disguise
VERA appears as an AI, not as a disguised human. Trust comes from clean answers, not theatre.
Approve before send
VERA produces. The agent approves. For dossiers, landing pages, emails — the human has the last word on what goes out.
Provider independence
Skills are provider-agnostic. Models are swappable. Data belongs to the tenant — export anytime, no lock-in.

Designed in Switzerland. Built for DACH and ES.
inmoIQ is being built at matd ag in Rickenbach, Switzerland. We come from software engineering and property practice. The first tenants are in DACH and on the Iberian peninsula — two markets with different buyer types but the same demand for substance and speed.
Trust
GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, encrypted.
Data stays in the EU (Frankfurt). Tenant isolation at the reasoning layer. Provider-resilient — Claude outage falls back automatically.
